Return and Exchange Policy

In order to keep you satisfied with our service, we do offer returns and exchange policy that is subject to the items you have ordered, its condition and other factors. Detailed information about the returns policy is mentioned below.

Standard Return of Products

If you have made a purchase of an item from our website and it is new and unopened, then we can refund your amount on return of the products within 30 days of original delivery. If your return does not match our policy requirements then it will not be accepted by us on any circumstance and will be sent back to your delivery address. 

A few items that cannot be returned upon delivery are:

  • Disposable vapes
  • Replacement coils
  • Rechargeable batteries
  • E-liquids
  • Drip tips, glasses

In case the products you have are sealed, the return will only be accepted if the seal is maintained and not broken. 

Our Warranty Service

If you purchase a hardware product from our website, we provide you with a 30 day warranty from the date of delivery. If any issue arises in the product after that, you can contact the manufacturer for it. 

Our 30 day warranty excludes any abuse to the item, or any customer modification made by the user. Any other incidental or accidental damage is also not covered under our warranty. For items like RDA, Tanks and coils, you can directly visit the manufacturer’s website to get information about the warranty terms and details.

DOA Policy

If the products delivered to you are missing or damaged, or if a wrong product is delivered to you, contact us within 48 hours from the delivery to get it changed or returned. Problems like discoloration or cosmetic issues are not under the warranty and thus such products will not be returned.  

If you want to request a refund, exchange or replacement of the products delivered to you, and then you can directly email us at our customer service email address. Do provide us with your full name, order number, contact number and your reason for return. In case the product is damaged, you may be asked to provide us with pictures of the products.
